General Terms & Conditions for Thriftys

1. Scope and Definitions

1.1 These terms apply when Thriftys AB or a company within the same group ("Thriftys", "we", "us") provides services ("Services") to individuals using our Services ("Customer" or "Seller").

1.2 These terms apply to all orders placed via www.thriftys.se, operated by Thriftys AB, Org. no. 5594697913.

1.3 We offer a platform for commission-based sale of second-hand fashion items. Sellers send items to us, which are listed on our website.

2. Seller Requirements

Swedish personal identity number and registered address in Sweden
18 years or older
Legal owner of submitted items
Right to transfer ownership of items
Items must not be illegal or counterfeit
Swedish bank account in your name

3. Personal Data Usage

We collect and use your personal data to provide our services. Details are available in our Privacy Policy.

4. Tax Reporting

We are legally required to collect and report seller tax information. If you sell over 30 items or earn over €2000 in a year, you must fill in the DAC7 form. Failure to comply may result in a payout block.

5. Commission

We take a percentage commission from the final sale price. The net payout to sellers occurs after the return period ends.

6. Credits and Balance

Sales earnings are added to your Thriftys balance. Balance is valid for 3 years. Sellers can use the balance or withdraw it to a bank account.

7. Contract Formation

Adding items to the cart is not binding. A binding purchase occurs when clicking "Complete Purchase". Confirmation and receipt will follow via email.

8. Delivery

Delivery is typically 3-5 business days. Orders under 500 SEK incur a 69 SEK shipping fee; free shipping applies above that. Return shipping is 69 SEK. Unclaimed packages incur a 150 SEK handling fee.

9. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include credit cards, Klarna, and Apple Pay.

10. Returns & Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Commission orders also have a 14-day voluntary return window, with a 69 SEK fee. Sellers receive commissions only if the item is not returned.

11. Quality Control & Used Goods

Only clean and well-maintained items are accepted. Rejected items may be donated or picked up. Accepted items are listed under conditions: "New with tag", "Very good", or "Good".

If a seller disagrees with our price, they may contact us within 3 days. Otherwise, the item will be listed at the proposed price.

12. Complaints & Warranty

Customers can report defective items within 3 years of purchase. Sellers also have the right to complain under the same conditions.

13. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on our website.

14. Final Clauses

If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining terms still apply.
